The location of this place was very central in the Cote-des-Neiges area and conveniently close to subway stations, a bus stop, and grocery stores, plus they provided a breakfast of milk, yogurt.

Great budget hotel in a very quite area very close to the last tower, was a good price for nightly rental and La Place des Arts. Great location - close to University of Montreal.
Wi-Fi was very poor.
